Job summary

Aircraft Technology, Inc. (ATI), a HEICO subsidiary, seeks a Customer Support Manager to lead sales and customer service activities for an FAA 145 Repair Station. You will develop training, manage the budget, and drive customer satisfaction initiatives while maintaining records and reporting on service metrics.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and aerospace customer support experience, with strong English communication and organizational skills. Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience with customer support in aerospace machining or MRO required.
• Excellent English communication; Spanish language is a plus.
• Proficient MS Office including Outlook, Word, Excel.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to multitask and prioritize.

Responsibilities

• Directs and coordinates sales and customer support for FAA 145 Repair Station.
• Review RFQs, quotations, invoices, pricing terms and communicate deliveries.
• Develop and maintain training programs for sales and customer support.
• Maintain customer and sales data; respond to service issues promptly.
• Create customer service procedures, policies, and standards.
• Manage budget and hire/train future customer service team members.
