Job summary

K2 Space Corporation in Torrance, CA, seeks an experienced Counsel to build and support the Legal function as the company scales. You will be the primary contact for contracting matters, oversee NDAs, and assist with corporate matters to support growth and employee experience.

This role requires a J.D. from an ABA-accredited school, California Bar membership, 3+ years in corporate law or in-house teams, and familiarity with procurement, IP, ITAR/EAR, and export controls.

Qualifications

• J.D. degree from ABA-accredited law school.
• California State Bar membership.
• 3+ years in corporate law or in-house team.
• Experience drafting and negotiating commercial contracts.
• Familiarity with INCO terms, import regulations, ITAR/EAR.

Responsibilities

• Review, draft, and negotiate commercial contracts including procurement and vendor agreements.
• Streamline NDA processes and manage NDA templates.
• Support cap table management and corporate matters.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain and Finance teams.
• Establish document storage and record-keeping protocols.
