Job summary

RTX, a leading aerospace and defense company, offers a remote co-op opportunity in contracts supporting the Interiors business. The role focuses on repository tools, contract administration, and term reviews while collaborating with Contracts Managers and Administrators.

Students will experience cross-functional teamwork, exposure to customer contract support, and lifecycle management through hands-on projects in a mentorship setting.

Qualifications

• Must be pursuing a Bachelor’s or Advanced degree in Business, Prelaw, English or relevant degree and actively enrolled through the completion of the internship/co-op session.
• Must have a minimum of 60 hours of credit by the start of the internship / co-op session.
• Experience may be obtained through on-the-job experience, research, coursework, or projects.

Responsibilities

• Support electronic organization in a new repository tool
• Provide Contracts Administration support to a small Customer or program
• Support Contract terms reviews
• Creation or update of tools using Microsoft applications
• Work special projects for the Interiors Contracts team
• Network with peers within the Contracts organization and the Interiors business

Education

Bachelor’s or Advanced degree in Business, Prelaw, English or relevant degree
