Job summary

Astranis is seeking a Content Creator Intern who helps tell captivating stories as we scale. You will film and edit videos and create content for social media, learning how a fast-growing aerospace company brings its story to life.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll work with our Creative team to tell the story of how Astranis is transforming the connectivity industry, gaining exposure to satellite manufacturing, rocket launches, and media strategy in a fast-paced startup environment building

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in film, media production, or a related field, or a recent graduate (within 1 year).
• A portfolio showcasing your creativity and storytelling through video. Personal and school projects are welcome.
• Basic experience filming and editing video, with familiarity with tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve.
• Interest in aerospace, technology, or defense sectors. Curiosity and a willingness to learn are essential.

Responsibilities

• Bring creative concepts and scripts to life through videos that turn complex technology into engaging stories.
• Film interviews, behind-the-scenes content, and company events.
• Edit interviews and footage into compelling long‑form and short‑form videos.
• Capture videos that showcase our satellites, manufacturing processes, and the people behind our missions.
• Support video shoots, including camera setup, lighting, audio, and equipment preparation.
• Organize footage, project files, and creative assets to keep projects running smoothly.
