Job summary

Aerotek is seeking a Contract Composite Fabrication Specialist for on-site work in Wichita, KS. You will perform composite fabrication and finish work for high-precision aircraft components.

Role requires 2+ years of composite layup experience; aerospace background is preferred. The position is a 12+ month contract with potential for extension and possible direct-hire opportunities after ~6 months.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of composite layup experience (aerospace preferred).
• Willing to work on-site in Wichita, KS.

Responsibilities

• Perform composite fabrication for the production of military aircraft.
• Complete composite layup, vacuum bagging, sanding, and cutting.
• Utilize composite fabrication techniques, autoclave, and bagging materials to complete production.
• Self-inspect components and perform rework when necessary.
• Other duties may be assigned.
