SEKISUI Aerospace is seeking a Production Team Member (Composite Technician) for its Orange City, IA facility. You will assemble composites such as carbon fiber and fiberglass on molds and process parts through molding operations, with a focus on precision and quality.

Responsibilities include hand layup, trimming, vacuum-bagging, inspection, and documentation. The role requires strong dexterity, attention to specifications, and adherence to safety protocols in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Proven ability to hand lay up composite materials per work instructions.
• Strong attention to detail in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
• Ability to read and follow written specifications.
• Good communication skills for documentation and teamwork.
• Willingness to adhere to safety and PPE protocols.

Responsabilidades

• Hand layup of advanced composite materials on tooling per work instructions.
• Perform vacuum-bagging, trimming, basic repair, and molding operations.
• Inspect in-process and finished parts with basic measurement tools.
• Maintain records of inspection results and time calculations.
• Support work orders and suggest process improvements.
