Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Stable work history, preferably in manufacturing.
• Basic math skills including fractions and percentages.
• Ability to work with chemicals, sealants, paints and cleaners on a regular basis.
• Basic computer skills.
• Production employees must be able to work all shifts.
• Post-offer drug test and physical required.
• Lifting up to 25–35 lbs and frequent handling of tools.

Responsibilities

• Operate industrial equipment such as band-type saws, cutting tables, and forklifts.
• Work in a team environment to produce high quality composite parts.
• Read and interpret engineering blueprints, work orders and instructions.
• Use drawings and plans to fulfill multiple tasks within timelines.
• Manage priorities and meet deadlines with accuracy in a multi-task environment.
• Follow instructions and document processes as required.
• Adhere to safety policies and procedures.
• Provide customer service-oriented responses and respond with urgency.
