You will prepare molds, lay up carbon-fiber materials, vacuum bag assemblies, and inspect quality. The role emphasizes hands-on workmanship, safety, and team collaboration within a fast-paced facility.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Prepare molds, tooling, and forms for composite fabrication
• Measure, mark, and cut composite materials including carbon fiber tape, woven fabrics, honeycomb core, adhesives, and related materials
• Lay up composite materials according to engineering specifications and work instructions
• Vacuum bag composite assemblies for oven curing
• Inspect work to ensure quality and accuracy standards are met
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Support continuous improvement efforts and team objectives
• Perform other duties as assigned
