Job summary

Janicki Industries is an innovative, family-owned aerospace company located at the foot of the Cascades. We are seeking a Production Technician to join our growing team on-site in Bellingham, Washington.

A swing shift differential ($2) and other shift premiums may apply based on hours and days worked. The Production Technician role involves wet layup of composites, resin applications, sanding, and tool finishing across aerospace tooling projects.

Qualifications

• Must be US Citizen or eligible permanent resident under ITAR/EAR.
• 3+ years of manufacturing experience.
• Ability to read, understand and follow work orders, procedures, blueprints, drawings.
• Effective verbal and written communications in English.

Responsibilities

• Reads, interprets, and follows pass downs, work orders, isometric drawings, blueprints and other instructions.
• Receives and carries out directions from supervisors.
• Participates in safety, training, and quality programs.
• Keeps work orders stamped, dated and organized.
• Maintains attention to detail to ensure quality.
• Prepares equipment, tools and materials needed to perform the job.
• Follows safety practices and maintains clean, organized work areas.
• Operates in multiple production cells as required.
