Qualifications

• Must be willing and able to work any shift.
• Previous Bonder experience.
• Ability to complete and pass a Bonder skills demonstration.

Responsibilities

• Move and/or obtain correct parts, materials, and tools as directed by management.
• Use precision measuring instruments to accomplish work.
• Access and navigate electronic systems; training provided as needed.
• Work safely and maintain a safe work environment; train and assist others.
• Maintain required personal certifications and qualifications.
• Ensure equipment and tool certification occurs per procedure.
• Report job handicaps such as errors in parts, procedures, or tools.
• Plan methods and sequence of operations to fabricate and adhesive bond parts and assemblies.
• Set up automated machines for layup operations with composites fabrication and bonding.
• Operate autoclaves, monitor curing cycles, and maintain related controls.
