Job summary

PSE Group is seeking a Customer Sales Representative of Aerospace Coatings to handle customer service within an office/warehouse setting. You will process orders, respond to inquiries by phone and email, and support the sales team with pricing, tracking, and documentation.

The role includes preparing shipping paperwork for domestic and international orders and occasional warehouse tasks to maintain on-time delivery. Benefits support career growth within a nationwide coatings specialist team.

Qualifications

• Handle customer service activities via phone and email with customers, vendors, and staff.
• Process emails, calls, quotes, and purchase orders for production readiness.
• Provide inside sales support to outside sales teams and assist with pricing and updates.
• Prepare shipping paperwork for domestic and international orders.
• Perform occasional warehouse tasks to support delivery dates.

Responsibilities

• Perform Customer Service activities including telephone and email communication with customers, outside vendors, and internal employees.
• Process incoming Emails, Phone Calls, Quotes, and Purchase Orders to prepare the orders for our production team.
• Provide Inside Sales Support for our outside sales team, (helping with questions, pricing, updates, tracking information, etc).
• Prepare shipping paperwork for orders regarding Domestic and International shipping methods.
• Perform occasional warehouse work to help ensure effective delivery dates to our customers.
• Build and maintain relationships with outside vendors for purchasing materials for the department.
• Conduct self in professional manner to ensure customers’ quality and service expectations are met.
• Process sales transactions using POS devices and Company guidelines.
