SEKISUI Aerospace in Renton is hiring a CNC Operator II to manage 3- and 5-axis CNC equipment, including setup and monitoring to produce composite parts. The role supports aerospace components with emphasis on accuracy and quality in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of hands-on CNC experience, can read aerospace blueprints, and works well under GD&T standards. This full-time position offers a Friday–Sunday schedule and competitive pay with benefits.

Qualifications

• Proficient in using 3 and 5-axis CNC routing machines.
• Capable of reading aerospace blueprints and specifications.
• Self-motivated, quick learner with strong attention to detail.
• Experience reading GD&T and working with fiberglass materials.
• 2+ years of hands-on CNC experience on 3- and 5-axis machines.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and ERP/MRP systems.

Responsibilities

• Prepare machine by reviewing work orders, blueprints, andGD&T.
• Assemble tools, set cutter length, and position in spindles.
• Monitor and adjust machines to produce parts as required.
• Inspect final parts and report discrepancies to supervisor.
