Veracity Ventures Inc. in East Aurora, NY is seeking a CNC Programmer - Milling to develop and optimize milling programs for complex aerospace components, support production troubleshooting, tooling improvements, and process optimization.

The role requires hands-on CNC machining and multi-axis milling experience, plus CAD/CAM proficiency. You will collaborate with Manufacturing Engineers, Machinists, Quality and Production teams, mentor junior engineers, and drive Lean initiatives to improve

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a technical field with 3+ years of experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Strong CNC Mill Machining experience and multi-axis capability.
Minimum 3+ years of CNC programming experience using CAD/CAM software; hands-on machine setup.

Responsibilities

Develop and optimize CNC mill machining processes for aerospace components.
Create detailed CNC programs and manufacturing instructions.
Define operation sequences, tooling requirements, gauging requirements and machine setup.
Generate machine-ready NC code and support prove-outs on the shop floor.
Support machining operations for high-precision milled parts and sub-assemblies.
