Job summary

Woodward Inc. is seeking a Manufacturing Aerospace Technician at our new state-of-the-art facility to support hydraulic actuator production. You will operate and optimize CNC machining, assembly, and testing, ensuring safety, quality, and process discipline across lines.

Role requires leadership in cross-functional teams, robust problem solving, and adherence to AS9100/ISO quality systems. You will mentor others and drive continuous improvement initiatives for better performance.

Qualifications

• Experience assembling and testing aerospace fuel system components is preferred.
• Familiarity with machining, assembly and test processes in aerospace.
• Knowledge of ERP/PLM and manufacturing execution systems advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Execute and optimize machining, assembly, and test processes with a focus on quality.
• Collaborate across teams to align resources and drive site-wide decisions.
• Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis to implement corrective actions.
• Ensure documentation and procedures meet AS9100/ISO standards and improve processes.
