Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3–5 years of CNC Machinist experience in aerospace or high-precision production.
• Experience in CNC setup, operation, and programming for tight tolerances.

Responsibilities

• Program (if required), set up, and operate CNC machines per drawings and specs.
• Interpret blueprints, CAD models, and technical docs to determine operations and dimensions.
• Select cutting tools, speeds, and feeds for efficiency and precision.
• Perform first article inspections (FAI) and in-process checks.
• Troubleshoot tooling or setup issues to minimize downtime.
• Adjust machine settings and offsets to maintain tight tolerances.
• Collaborate with engineering, production, and quality teams on process improvements.
• Document setups, dimensions, and tool usage for repeatability.
• Perform routine maintenance and calibration of CNC machines.
