Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 2 years CNC machining experience with setup.
• Ability to read blueprints and setup documentation.
• Experience operating Haas machines with Fanuc controls.
• Basic knowledge of G-code and editing programs.
• Understanding of speeds and feeds adjustments for machining.
• Experience using precision measuring tools such as micrometers.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC Haas machines, including loading programs.
• Read blueprints to determine machining requirements and tolerances.
• Perform basic program edits and adjust speeds and feeds.
• Conduct in-process and final inspections to ensure parts meet specs.
• Deburr and clean finished parts to maintain quality standards.
• Operate multiple machines when needed and maintain accuracy.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Track hours vs. estimates to improve workflow.
• Follow PPE and safety protocols and work with team to meet goals.
• Participate in cross-training and continuous improvement initiatives.
