Job summary

Belcan is seeking a skilled CNC Milling/Turning Machinist for the 2nd shift in East Granby, CT. You will operate multi-axis CNC machines to produce high-precision aerospace components, interpret blueprints, and verify dimensions with precision measuring tools.

Ideal candidates have extensive aerospace experience, can set up and troubleshoot complex setups, and maintain tight tolerances while meeting production goals. Shift is Mon-Fri, 3:30 PM–12:00 AM, with a 15% differential and sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of CNC machining in aerospace manufacturing.
• Experience setting up 3-, 4-, and 5-axis CNC milling machines.
• Proficient with Fanuc and/or Okuma CNC controls.
• Strong GD&T knowledge and ability to read blueprints and CNC programs.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and troubleshoot CNC milling equipment for aerospace components.
• Independently run 3–5 axis machines in a high-precision environment.
• Perform complete machine setups, fixture alignment, tooling installation, and offsets.
