Job summary

You will inspect precision-machined aerospace components using CMMs, vision systems, and manual inspection equipment to ensure compliance with engineering specifications, customer requirements, and industry quality standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of quality inspection or CMM experience.
• Ability to read blueprints and specifications.
• Experience with precision measuring instruments.
• Basic understanding of GD&T.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CMMs for in-process, first article, first piece, and final inspections.
• Perform dimensional and visual inspections on aerospace components.
• Maintain inspection records and documentation, including FAIRs.
• Interpret customer drawings, 3D models, and specifications.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Quality teams to resolve issues.
