Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred in a mechanical/technical field.
• Five years of technical machining or programming experience; 2–3 years in quality assurance; aerospace experience preferred.
• Three years of PC-DMIS CMM programming experience.

Responsibilities

• Program and operate CMMs; revise programs for efficiency.
• Investigate non-conformances; collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Initiate nonconformance records and disposition parts not meeting requirements.
• Perform First Article Inspections to AS9102 and company requirements.
• Drive process improvements to enhance inspection effectiveness and efficiency.
• Communicate with internal/external personnel to identify root causes and resolve issues.
