Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in engineering.
• 3+ years in aerospace or gas turbine CMM programming.
• Proficient in CMM programming software and GD&T.
• Experience with high-precision components and materials such as superalloys.

Responsibilities

• Develop, edit, and optimize CMM programs using PC-DMIS, Calypso, or MCOSMOS.
• Inspect turbine blades, rotors, casings, and other precision aerospace parts.
• Interpret GD&T and CAD drawings to generate accurate inspection plans.
• Conduct FAI per AS9102 and ensure compliance with AS9100/ISO aerospace standards.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, and engineering teams to resolve issues.
• Analyze inspection data and prepare detailed reports using statistical tools.
• Maintain CMM calibration and troubleshoot discrepancies.
• Support continuous improvement to increase inspection efficiency and accuracy.
