Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in related role with solid experience.
• Aerospace or Medical Industry experience preferred.
• ASQ-CQT or AS9100 certification helpful to have.
• Writes and edits CMM programs using PC-DMIS.
• Utilizes advanced alignment techniques and scanning methods.
• Interprets GD&T from blueprints, specifications and routers.
• Uses measurement tools: micrometers, calipers, height gauges, plug gauges.

Responsibilities

• Develop and write CMM programs for high-precision aerospace components, including first article and production inspection programs.
• Provide clear feedback to production, engineering and CNC programmers to communicate inspection results.
