Job summary

Enjet Aero, LLC in the Northeast seeks an experienced Quality Inspector with CMM programming skills to join a multi-location QA team. You will inspect parts to drawings, GD&T specs, and standards, perform first piece and in-process checks, and report findings to ensure only compliant products move forward.

Candidates should have aerospace quality inspection background, familiarity with PC-DMIS and ISO9001/AS9100, and be comfortable traveling between CT and MA facilities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years Aerospace/Manufacturing quality inspection experience
• Ability to program CMM inspection routines using PC-DMIS a plus.
• Familiar with ISO9001/AS9100 a plus
• Working knowledge of Microsoft suite (Excel, word, etc.)
• Due to ITAR regulations, this position requires that the employee must be a U.S Citizen or a U.S Permanent Resident
• Travel required as needed.

Responsibilities

• CMM programming, setup and inspection of manufactured product to verify conformance to engineering Drawings/Specifications/Standard specifications; reporting results.
• Perform first piece, incoming, in-process, and final inspection; describe results as required.
• Support multiple Enjet locations throughout Connecticut and Massachusetts.
• Interpret Engineering Drawings/Specifications/Standards and obtain part information; understand GD&T.
• Review and verify inspection and testing of parts for compliance; ensure only acceptable product moves forward.
• Work with a team and also independently as needed.
• Report to Quality Manager and coordinate with other functions to resolve discrepancies.
