RTX seeks a CMM Operator at Pratt & Whitney Springdale, AR to inspect aerospace parts using CMMs and other measuring tools. The role requires setting up equipment, logging results, and ensuring conformance to specifications.

The position is first shift (6:30 am–3:00 pm) with overtime possible. Requires a HS diploma with at least 1 year of relevant experience and the ability to work onsite in a FAA-regulated environment.

Formación

• HS diploma (or equivalent) with at least 1 year of relevant experience.
• Experience operating CMMs and performing first article inspections is preferred.
• Familiarity with reading blueprints and specifications.

Responsabilidades

• Operate CMM and other measuring instruments to inspect aerospace parts per work instructions.
• Log results and identify out-of-spec parts, communicating findings to QA.
• Assist in planning daily workloads to meet schedules and customer commitments.
• Coordinate with team members to resolve equipment or process issues.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
