Job summary
Espace is seeking a Configuration Management (CM) Engineer to own product configuration control across engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain systems. The role requires strong PLM and ERP BOM integrity knowledge and the ability to ensure that as-designed, as-planned, and as-built configurations align through production.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
- 5–10 years of Configuration Management, PLM, or Systems Engineering in aerospace/defense/manufacturing.
- Experience with ECO/ECR and revision management.
Responsibilities
- Define, implement, and enforce configuration control rules for CM across value streams.
- Maintain BOM integrity across ERP, PLM, and MES systems.
- Perform as-built vs as-designed audits and ensure traceability of hardware.
- Collaborate with engineering to validate part numbers, revisions, and metadata before BOM release.
- Liaise with Planning and Production to reflect approved configurations and dates.
