Job summary

Gallagher in Wichita, KS seeks a Client Service Manager for our Aerospace Commercial team. You will work with clients and colleagues to provide exceptional service and deliver tailored insurance solutions, building relationships and solving challenges across internal and external stakeholders.

You’ll drive renewals, mentor teammates, and ensure compliance while leveraging Gallagher’s digital tools to enhance productivity. This role offers a collaborative, client-focused culture with local impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 3+ years client service and/or claims management experience or
• High School degree/GED with 8+ years client service and/or claims management experience.
• Property and Casualty Insurance License.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Desire to build relationships and deliver results.
• Adaptability and resilience in managing shifting priorities.
• Collaborative mindset to work with teams across Gallagher.
• Aerospace or Aviation experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage the renewal process by gathering client information, analyzing needs, and delivering tailored solutions.
• Identify gaps in coverage, review claims, secure existing business, and drive sales of additional services and lines of coverage.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and carrier partners through timely responses and strong customer service.
• Help the team address client risk management needs through consultative conversations and personalized strategies.
• Mentor team members by delegating tasks, providing feedback, and fostering professional growth.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with regulations and high service standards.
• Maintain accurate client and policy data using Gallagher’s systems.
• Use Gallagher’s technology to enhance productivity and deliver quality results.
• Manage multiple priorities effectively to meet client expectations.

Overview

At Gallagher, we’re looking for a Client Service Manager to join our Aerospace Commercial team. In this role, you’ll work closely with clients and colleagues to provide exceptional service and deliver tailored insurance solutions. You’ll help build strong relationships, solve challenges, and ensure every interaction both internally and externally adds value. How You’ll Make An Impact

You’ll play a key role in supporting and leading efforts to deliver high-quality solutions to our clients. From managing renewals to mentoring team members, you’ll help ensure client needs are met and compliance standards are upheld.

• Manage the renewal process by gathering client information, analyzing their needs, and helping deliver timely, tailored solutions.

About You

Here’s what you’ll bring to the role:

• Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 3+ years Client service and/or claims management experience
• OR-
• High School degree/GED with a minimum 8+ years client service and/or claims management experience.
• A Property and Casualty Insurance License.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• A desire to build relationships and deliver results.
• Adaptability and resilience in managing shifting priorities.
• A collaborative mindset to work with teams across Gallagher.
• Previous Aerospace or Aviation experience a plus
