Job summary

PTI Technologies Inc. is seeking a Chemical Test/Technician to support development, testing, evaluation, and manufacturing of aerospace and defense pyrotechnic products.

You will ensure chemical processing and test results are accurate, traceable, and compliant with safety and quality standards. You will operate lab equipment, prepare samples, log data, and coordinate with Engineering, Quality, and Production to maintain schedules and records.

Qualifications

• Some college coursework in chemistry (or related) is required.
• 2–3 years related manufacturing experience (or equivalent) helpful.
• Strong English communication and basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain lab/test equipment; prepare samples; capture data per SOPs.
• Follow PSM and PHA requirements; support energetic material processing under direction.
• Control energetic material inventory and NEW limits; perform destructive and non-destructive testing.
• Assist with inspections and maintain calibration, waste, inventory, and test records.
