Radius Aerospace, Inc. in Hot Springs, AR is seeking a Chemical Process Operator to join our fast-paced manufacturing team. This entry-level role trains you to operate chemical process equipment and ensure product quality in aerospace production.

You will work with mixers, filter presses, dryers, pumps and filling machines, perform basic data entry, and follow safety procedures. Starting pay is $16 per hour, with opportunity for growth based on experience and performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Basic computer proficiency with common applications.
• Basic data entry into manufacturing software system.

Responsibilities

• Operate chemical process equipment (mixers, grinders, filter presses, dryers, pumps, filling machines) per procedures.
• Perform quality analyses for in-process batches and document results.
• Render timely reports, follow supervisor instructions, and maintain good attendance.
• Crosstrain other departments within the process.
• We are an entry-level position and will train you.
• Other duties as needed or assigned.
