Job summary

Akkodis is seeking a Change Management/Pricing Analyst for an aerospace manufacturer in Grand Rapids, MI. This onsite contract role focuses on gathering metrics, supporting project execution, and improving pricing processes.

You will work with tech leads and EPMs, develop KPIs, and leverage advanced Excel and DOORS. A Bachelor's in Engineering and 5–10 years of experience are required; CAPM is preferred. This position offers a competitive hourly rate and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering is required.
5–10 years of experience in related roles.
CAPM certification is desired but not required.
Experience with MS Office tools to generate project deliverables (burn-up/burn-down charts, metrics slides).
Advanced Excel skills with Pivot Tables, filters, charts, tables and macros.
Familiarity with DOORS and version control tools.
Experience with change management and config management processes.

Responsibilities

Assist the tech leads and EPMs with project execution by gathering critical project metrics and assist with lean initiatives.
Assist the engineering team with task execution and help with engineering tools.
Develop, present and track KPIs.
Create and analyze burn-up/burn-down charts and metrics slides.
Support Regulated Engineering Development Process and related tools.
