Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years designing Circuit Card Assemblies (CCAs) using Creo parametric
• 3+ years of CCA design experience
• At least 3 years with Zuken, IPC standards, and aerospace/defense product cycles
• Bachelor degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

Responsibilities

• Select connectors and components and lay out CCA, IDX file creation and release drawings using Windchill
• Design major components or major portions of a system or prototype
• Develop or improve products and support manufacturing operations
• Prepare basic data with layouts, sketches to present design proposals
• Investigate design factors such as manufacturability, materials, cost, interchangeability
• Coordinate with other organizations affected by design development
• Make layouts of assemblies and parts and check drawings for clarity and accuracy
