Job summary

PCC Structurals - Carson City is seeking a Manufacturing Technician to support Foundry, Investment Casting, and Heat Treat operations. You will learn and assist across several processes while moving materials, setting up equipment, and performing basic quality checks.

This role offers hands-on training in multiple production areas, a swing shift schedule (4/10s), and opportunities to grow within the aerospace manufacturing field. A strong mechanical aptitude and teamwork mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or preferred.
• Trainings provided for multiple manufacturing processes.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions, routers, and production documentation.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, with a focus on safety and quality.

Responsibilities

• Support production across Foundry, Investment Casting, and Heat Treat departments.
• Learn to operate department-specific tools through hands-on training.
• Load, unload, move, stage, and transport materials and castings.
• Assist with equipment setup, changes, and basic preventative maintenance.
