In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters. Scope of Work

Author objective, multi-part questions about aerospace assemblies, focusing on non-guessable queries that require exact, technical answers. Review native FreeCAD files to analyze and understand complex mechanical assemblies. Develop several high-quality questions per assembly, ensuring coverage of key features, functions, and relationships between parts. Deliver clear, well-researched answers to each question with reference to the assembly data. Collaborate via writing and occasional verbal communication to clarify requirements and ensure technical accuracy. Maintain a standards-driven approach, ensuring questions and answers are comprehensive, relevant, and program-agnostic. Contribute to documentation and feedback processes to improve future question sets and project workflows.

Preferred Qualifications

• Demonstrated expertise in aerospace, mechanical engineering, or industrial design with a strong foundation in CAD principles.
• Hands‑on experience with multi‑part CAD assemblies, including ability to interpret complex design intent and technical drawings.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to convey technical concepts clearly and concisely.
• Familiarity with FreeCAD or similar CAD platforms (FreeCAD exposure is a plus, not required).
