Northrop Grumman's Space Sector is seeking a Cable and Harness Technician - Level 1 to join our team in Redondo Beach, CA. This 100% onsite role supports mechanical/electrical engineers in harness assemblies and test setups.

Responsibilities include set-up, assembly and testing of flight cable assemblies, using schematics, layouts, and fixtures. Opportunities for overtime and weekend work are available.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; related experience preferred.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and work instructions.
• Willingness to work overtime and weekends when required.

Responsibilities

• Set up, assemble and test flight cable assemblies and sub-assemblies.
• Work from schematics and layouts to perform testing and fixture setup.
• Perform routine testing, troubleshooting, and environment tests.
