Machina Labs, Inc. is seeking a Buyer / Planner to efficiently manage procurement for Aerospace & Defense programs based in California. You will be responsible for the full purchasing lifecycle, collaborating with various departments to ensure timely material delivery meeting quality standards.

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 4 years of procurement experience, good negotiation skills, and be proficient with ERP/MRP systems. The salary range is $75,000 – $90,000 per year, alongside comprehensive benefits including medical and stock options.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of procurement or purchasing experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute day-to-day procurement activities for Aerospace & Defense programs.
• Manage purchase orders from requisition through receipt.
• Monitor supplier performance to support project objectives.
