AppleOne Employment Services is seeking a Buyer in Temecula, CA, to manage purchasing for materials, components, and sub-assemblies. You will build strong supplier relationships, support production schedules, and ensure on-time delivery using ERP/MRP systems.

The role requires 3+ years in purchasing, excellent communication, and advanced Excel skills, with a focus on accuracy and teamwork in a manufacturing environment.

Qualificações

• Minimum of 3 years of purchasing experience in a buyer capacity.
• High school diploma required.
• Experience using ERP or MRP systems to create purchase orders, track materials, and update order status.
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills; strong Word/Outlook.

Responsabilidades

• Purchase materials, components, sub-assemblies, and related items according to quality, quantity, and timeline requirements.
• Negotiate pricing, discounts, delivery terms, and transportation arrangements with suppliers.
• Issue, update, and monitor purchase orders and track delivery status and ETA dates.
• Compare deliveries against orders and resolve discrepancies with suppliers.
• Communicate order changes and production impacts to internal teams and customers.
