Job summary

TRIGO ADR Americas is seeking a strategic sales leader to drive revenue across the Aerospace, Defense and Rail markets. You will develop and manage key customer relationships, plan capture efforts, and craft proposals aligned with client needs and regulatory requirements.

Top candidates will have deep Quality Engineering experience, CRM proficiency, and ability to navigate complex contracting and QA processes in a multinational setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in Aerospace, Defense and Rail industries with focus on Quality Engineering and Consulting Services.
• Ability to develop and deliver customer proposals and business cases.
• Strong knowledge of metrology, NDT, and quality assurance processes.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue and profit growth within Aerospace, Defense and Rail markets worldwide.
• Plan and manage all sales activities within assigned markets, including capture plans.
• Build, deliver and close customer proposals with supporting business plans.
• Provide market intelligence and set goals, strategies and initiatives to increase market share.
• Lead the development of sales plans to improve market share and profitability in the Quality Engineering segment.
