Qualifications

• Ability to read blueprints and work instructions.

Responsibilities

• Deburr and finish complex aerospace components.
• Remove external and internal burrs using abrasive tooling and hand-finishing equipment.
• Blend surfaces and form radii to blueprint specifications.
• Work with magnification equipment and borescopes to inspect intricate features.
• Read operation sheets, blueprints, and work instructions.
• Verify dimensions and visual requirements using precision measuring tools.
• Complete production and quality documentation.
• Maintain compliance with AS9100 and ISO9001 requirements.
• Identify and report quality concerns or discrepancies.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
