Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of Metal Bond Subassembler I experience.
• Ability to work scheduled shifts including overtime.

Responsibilities

• Perform lay-up of composite pre-preg materials to conform to mold surfaces.
• Cuts and splices materials with machine, utility knife and/or scissors to aid in the lay-up fit.
• Assemble parts and details on ribs, fairings, angles, closeouts, retainers, bezel assemblies, small bonded and prepreg assemblies.
• Maintain compliance with Piper QAM/QIM and FAA requirements.
• Support continuous improvement to improve delivery, reduce defects, and increase productivity.
