Job summary

Ferco Aerospace seeks a skilled fabricator to join the Bench department on 1st shift. You will manually manipulate metal to meet tight specifications, learn new fabrication methods, and contribute to delivering high‑quality products.

Work in a climate-controlled facility with a small company feel and a focus on safety. The role requires attention to detail, the ability to read complex blueprints, and a readiness to perform precision tasks with multiple tools and machines.

Qualifications

• Must have High School Diploma or GED.
• Prior experience in Manufacturing is preferred.
• Able to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Able to read and interpret basic blueprints and instructions.

Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical work requiring fitting, alignment, light machining, and close tolerances on aerospace components.
• Stretch, bend, straighten, shape, pound, or press metal using various tools and machines.
• May perform some troubleshooting and rework of production items.
• Work from complex and detailed blueprints or documented instructions with minimal supervision.
• Demonstrate a strong work ethic, ability to multi-task and willingness to learn.
