Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Sector in Clearfield, Utah, is seeking a Manager of Business Development 3 in the Air Dominance Division - Aerostructures to join our team. The role will lead customer engagement, identify opportunities, and coordinate strategic planning.

Basic qualifications include a bachelor’s degree with 5+ years in composites manufacturing or BD, or higher degrees with corresponding experience. Travel up to 40% and ability to obtain a secret clearance are required.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree with 5+ years composites manufacturing/Business Development experience.
Master’s Degree with 3+ years composites manufacturing/Business Development experience.
PhD with 1 year composites manufacturing/Business Development experience.

Responsibilities

Create, execute, and lead customer engagement plans; serve as point of contact for government and/or commercial customer organizations.
Develop customer contact plans, translate operational needs into business opportunities, document customer activities.
Interface with Business Unit leadership and programs to support discretionary investments and long-range planning.
Identify and manage a pipeline of opportunities; align pursuit activities for cost efficiency.
Lead responses to RFIs and support RFPs, including new franchise opportunities.
Conduct market research, analysis, trends and business case development.
