Job summary

Poseidon Aerospace is seeking a hands-on Avionics & Electrical Integration Technician to build, integrate, test, and troubleshoot advanced aerospace hardware. You will move between bench, shop floor, and vehicle, turning engineering designs into functioning systems while collaborating with engineering teams.

The role emphasizes wiring harness work, mechanical assembly, and system integration in a fast-paced prototype environment with opportunities to improve procedures and workmanship.

Qualifications

• Experience wiring harnesses and cable assemblies.
• Proficient in crimping, soldering and connector assembly.
• Able to read electrical schematics and documentation.
• Familiar with common electrical test equipment (DMMs, scopes) and continuity checks.

Responsibilities

• Build, modify, and troubleshoot electrical wiring harnesses and cable assemblies.
• Install avionics, electrical, and electromechanical hardware.
• Solder, rework, and repair PCBs and assemblies to high quality standards.
• Integrate electrical systems into prototype and production vehicles.
• Read wiring diagrams and engineering documentation; diagnose issues with test equipment.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe workspace; document changes and configurations.
