Job summary

Poseidon Aerospace is seeking an Avionics & Electrical Integration Technician to build, integrate, test, and troubleshoot advanced aerospace hardware. You’ll move between bench work, the shop floor, and vehicle integration, delivering high-quality assemblies and wiring harnesses for prototype and production systems.

The role requires hands-on mechanical and electrical work, the ability to read engineering drawings, and collaboration with electrical, mechanical, software, and test engineers

Qualifications

• Experience building and troubleshooting electrical wiring harnesses.
• Proficiency with crimping, soldering, connector assembly, and cable fabrication.
• Experience reading electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and assembly documentation.
• Experience using test equipment such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, and power supplies.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for electrical and integration problems.
• Experience assembling or repairing PCBs and electronic assemblies.
• Attention to workmanship, reliability, and detail.

Responsibilities

• Build, modify, and troubleshoot wiring harnesses and cable assemblies.
• Perform wire cutting, stripping, crimping, splicing, and connector assembly.
