Job summary

Open positions are on our swing shift Monday through Thursday, from 3:25 p.m. to 1:55 a.m., and day shift Monday through Friday, from 7:00 a.m.

Qualifications

Knowledge of and comfort with computer systems and programs, including Microsoft Office Suite and Epicor.

Responsibilities

Perform drilling, reaming, countersinking, set up, riveting, bonding, and other assembly duties using hand and power tools.
Perform tool set-ups as required by specifications, utilizing work orders and documents.
Ensure part(s) meet GD&T specifications per customer drawing, utilizing measuring equipment such as calipers, micrometers, height gage, and other measuring equipment needed to complete work.
Maintain equipment and work area in a safe, clean, and orderly condition.
Mentor and assist in training other technicians and program participants.
Perform a weekly 6S program to improve workflow and maintain safety of workers in the area.
Handle hazardous materials safely, following proper labeling and disposal procedures.
Develop constructive and cooperative working relationships with others and maintain them over time.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and increased efficiency.
