Job summary

Interconnect Solutions Company in the United States seeks an Assembly Technician - II to build high‑quality products on a fast‑paced production line. You will verify part numbers, prepare cables, solder, crimp, and assemble harnesses with precision, ensuring IPC620 compliance.

Applicants should have at least one year of similar manufacturing experience and a high school diploma or equivalent. Aerospace experience and IPC experience are highly preferred; we hire at least 10 per month.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of one year of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with IPC 620 standards and soldering/crimping processes.

Responsibilities

• Verify traveler documentation for accuracy (part numbers, revs, quantities).
• Check materials for damage or defects.
• Assemble harnesses and boards with precision to IPC620 standards.
• Prepare cables (cut, de-jacket, strip) and hand-crimp 8 AWG to 28 AWG.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
