Job summary

Honeywell Aerospace is seeking an Assembly Mechanic Level 2 at our Phoenix, AZ facility. You will assemble, test, and maintain mechanical components to meet stringent aviation standards, contributing to reliable, high-performance products.

You will report to the Assembly Supervisor on-site, collaborate with teammates, and uphold safety and quality in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Prior experience with blueprints and tooling is essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in mechanical assembly, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical components, assembly techniques, and the ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and basic testing equipment used in assembly processes.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain high standards of quality and safety.

Responsibilities

• Assemble mechanical components and systems according to detailed instructions and blueprints.
• Perform routine inspections and testing to verify the quality and functionality of assembled products.
• Maintain and troubleshoot assembly tools and equipment to ensure efficient operation.
