Qualifications

• 0-3 years of experience in aerospace manufacturing or related field.
• Hands-on experience in the assembly and integration of systems.
• Proficient in basic computer usage (Windows, Office).
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work at heights or in confined spaces.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and integrate aerospace systems according to engineering specifications.
• Operate precision calibrated tools for quality assurance.
• Support transition from development to production.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
