Qualifications

• 5–10 years of assembly experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, and costs.
• Strong verbal and written communication; good reading comprehension of work documents.
• Ability to interpret production or engineering prints and wiring diagrams; high accuracy in a high-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Assemble Crane Aerospace & Electronics products per military and other standards using instructions.
• Communicate with the Value Stream across levels and perform visual and dimensional inspection.
