Job summary

Crane Aerospace & Electronics in Fort Walton Beach, FL seeks an Assembler III-IV on 1st shift (6am-3:30pm, 9/80). You will assemble products per military and industry standards, read drawings, and perform visual and dimensional inspection with supervision minimal.

Requires 5–10 years of assembly experience, high school diploma, color vision, ability to interpret prints, and soldering experience; ITAR access may apply. Comprehensive benefits offered, including health insurance and 401(k).

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of assembly experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to thoroughly interpret production or engineering prints and assembly aids.
• Excellent attention to detail and manual dexterity.

Responsibilities

• Assemble Crane products in accordance with military and other standards.
• Perform visual and dimensional inspections and document results.
• Coordinate with other value stream members and follow work instructions.
• Prepare and finalize paperwork and close work orders.
