Honeywell Aerospace in Eatontown, NJ is seeking an Assembler Level 1 (9/80 schedule) to contribute to aerospace and microelectronic component assembly under the supervision of the Production Manager. You will follow detailed work instructions, read blueprints, perform soldering and manual component placement, and help ensure compliance with quality standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years' experience in assembly or manufacturing environments, preferably in aerospace, defense, or military sectors.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a US government security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Assemble aerospace and microelectronic components according to detailed work instructions, blueprints, and industry standards.
• Perform manual component placement under laboratory microscopes and execute high-quality soldering tasks.
• Operate semi-automated bonding equipment for wire and ribbon bonding.
• Inspect parts and assemblies for quality and adherence to specifications.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Manage daily production tasks efficiently to meet strict project timelines.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and product quality.
