Job summary

PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a detail-oriented FAA Assembler to support assembly, testing, calibration, and repair of aerospace components for Honeywell in an FAA-regulated environment.

Position is full-time with a 5 am–1 pm shift, Monday to Friday. Requires a HS diploma or GED and 2–4 years in manufacturing/assembly, with proficiency in hand and power tools and strong attention to quality.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• 2–4 years manufacturing/assembly experience preferred.
• Ability to read and follow detailed work instructions.
• Experience using hand and power tools.
• Strong attention to quality and mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to work under direct supervision in a team.

Responsibilities

• Assemble fabricated parts and components per engineering specs.
• Use hand and power tools to build assemblies and subassemblies.
• Test and calibrate parts to meet tolerances and specs.
• Inspect and ensure quality of completed work.
• Document production and testing results accurately.
• Support continuous improvement and safety procedures.
