Job summary

Hi-Tek Manufacturing, Inc. in Mason, Ohio, seeks an Airflow Quality Inspector to ensure aerospace parts meet strict specifications. Reporting to the Shift Supervisor, you will inspect components using precision tools, interpret blueprints, and document results as you support production flow.

This role requires 2+ years in aerospace inspection, a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to read English instructions. The shift 3:30 p.m.–12:00 a.m.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of aerospace component inspection experience.
• Experience in ISO9001/AS9100 or Nadcap a plus.
• Ability to read blueprints and travelers.
• Must be able to communicate in English.
• ITAR US person per §120.15.

Responsibilities

• Analyze op sheets, blueprints to meet specs.
• Verify conformance of finished parts using precision tools and airflow equipment.
• Interpret geometric dimensions and tolerances to complete inspection.
• Perform airflow tests and document results.
• Maintain control charts and ERP reporting.
• Follow AS9100 and NADCAP requirements.
• Maintain a clean, safe workspace.
• Communicate with Quality, Engineering and Management.
